Family Vacation!
The last week of July, House, Nathaniel and I packed up and took 13 extra girls to Volleyball camp in Clearwater, FL. I spent my mornings with the family and afternoons at Clearwater Christian College with the girls. House stayed with his Aunt and Uncle in a condo at the beach. It was fun but not much of a vacation. We have decided that taking a vacation with a one year old is just babysitting in a different location.
Nathaniel had fun at the pool but he spent most of his time going up and down the stairs. He loves the stairs!

Nathaniel is WALKING!!
While House and I were gone to World Changers, his Great Grandmother taught him how to walk. We missed his first steps but when we got back home we were able to see him walk to us without any problems.
Nathaniel also loves to crawl into things and up on things. He thinks now that he can walk that he can go anywhere. He is loving it.
World Changers 2006
This year I was the project coordinator for the World Changers site in Youngstown, Ohio. We had about 175 students on the mission trip from 7 different churches. Our students had a blast and really enjoyed working for the Lord. House and I were excited to see our youth group grow together and grow deeper in their walk with God.
Nathaniel had to stay home with Nana that week but he had a great time and learned to walk while we were gone!
Youth Camp 2006
Youth camp this year was great. We took the students to St. Simons Island and stayed at Epworth by the Sea. We did camp with Sonrise Baptist Church in Newnan, GA so we had about 150 people at camp that week. Our theme was "CRIBS" and the students really grew in their faith.
Nathaniel also got to go to camp and experience what camp is all about. He had a great time!

House gets Ordained and Nathaniel gets Dedicated!
House gets Ordained and Nathaniel gets Dedicated!
January 29th was a very special day for our family. House was ordanied into the ministry at Southern Crescent Baptist Church Sunday night and Nathaniel was dedicated that morning. We had many family and friends from all around come and be apart of that day.
David and Heather Platt came and did Nathaniel's dedication and then David preached. It was a wonderful service.
Later that night we had family and friends from Alabama, Florida, Powder Springs, Newnan and Briarlake Baptist come and be apart of House's ordination service. Bart Box preached the service and there was a reception after the service. It was a beautiful service.

January 2, 2006
Nathaniel is 7 months old today and time sure has flown by. He is such a growing boy. He now weights 22 lbs and it about 27 inches long. He is just starting to pull up on his knees but not crawling yet.
Christmas this year was great. Nathaniel woke up at his normal time and we went straight into the living room to open gifts from Santa. He did not understand what was going on but he loved playing with all the boxes and bows. After opening gifts, we quickly got ready to go to church. House (Eric) has been preaching the past two months because we have not had a preacher. He preached the Christmas morning service and it went great. I was very proud of him. He was very nervous at first about preaching but God has really worked through him these past months and done a great job.
