Game Day Saturday!

Georgia vs. Georgia Tech Game Day.

A family tradition for our house is to watch the Georgia/Georgia Tech football game and put up the Christmas tree. This year I surprised House by dressing all the kids in Tech attire even though I am a Georgia fan. I love my husband and he deserves it.

Thanksgiving Day!

At the Hospital.

The story before the birth.

Having a baby is always an experience but I really think that when I have a baby there is alway a crazy store to be told. This story starts about 6 years ago....
House and I started trying to have a baby about 6 years ago and after years of trying decide to seek infertility. Well, that worked and we were blessed with our first son, Nathaniel. Then 2 years later we decided to have another and had to do infertility again. God blessed us again with our daughter, Addison. After having Addison we decided that we would probably not do infertility again and it looked like we would be a family of 4. A few months passed and we realized God had different plans for our life. In April we found out that I was pregnant and the Houseworth family was shocked. After years of being told I could not get pregnant on my own, here we are pregnant. Not only were we pregnant but we had just had Addison 7 months earlier. Wow, this was our miracle baby.
So for the next 9 months I was pregnant again. This pregnancy was not the easiest pregnancy but we made it to month 9 and I was ready to have this baby. Everything about this pregnancy was different but it looked like the deliever was going to be the same as the others. I talked to House about how I was disappointed that I would never experience going into labor and wished that it would different but oh well. They scheduled a C-section for Nov. 25th even though I begged for Nov. 20th. The reason for the 20th was because Nathaniel and I are both born on the 2nd of the month and Addison and House are both on the 20th of their months. I really wanted this one to be on the 20th so we could keep up this cool date thing. Well, they kept saying no so I began to pray. I asked God that if the baby was okay and if it was possible if I could go into labor and have the baby on the 20th.
Thursday, November 20th came and I went to school as normal and figured that the day would just be the same. That evening our couples Bible study group came over for our monthly meeting and before we were able to get started my water broke. I could not believe it . I was standing there with all my friends thinking that this could not be happening but it was. House and I got ready and rushed off to the hospital and within 2 hours Levi was born!!

Welcome, Levi Seth Houseworth

Well it has been a long 9 months but on November 20th at 10:06 p.m. we welcomed our new son, Levi Seth Houseworth. He was 8lbs 14 oz and 21 inches long.
